Dumisani 'Devolutionery'Jere is a contemporary multidisciplinary artist and lecturer. He was born in Soweto, Johannesburg, in 1991. He obtained a BA Degree in Visual Communication Design in 2017 from the Open Window Institute in Pretoria. His work draws inspiration from Afrocentric mythology concerning global postmodern sociologies. Jere experiments and explores these themes in various audio and visual, illustration, motion design, painting, and digital mixed mediums. He is currently based in Johannesburg.
